REFUND POLICY

We strongly advise customers to call and request a sample of a product of interest prior to purchasing. While the images provided on our website offer a general indication of product size and colour, they may not accurately reflect the exact characteristics represented. Variations in size, shape, and colour can occur naturally and seasonally.

Please be advised that all sales of bulk and landscape materials are final once the product has left the stocking source. This policy applies to, but is not limited to gravel, rock, sand, soil, decorative stone , boulders, and mulch.

Upon delivery of a product, we recommend that customers carefully inspect the product prior to off-loading. Should an alternative product be required, please contact us immediately. Kindly note that an additional delivery fee will apply in such cases. If there is any other issue with the material purchased please call and report your concern to customer service.
