Shipping Policy

 

All dumping is at the driver's discretion unless the customer offers specific dumping instructions.

All delivery rates are subject to change and location distance. Typically within Calgary delivery, up to 10 cubic yards, is a flat $125 per load and per product. If you order 2 or more different products each product will be charged a separate delivery charge of $125. There are no product combinations on deliveries at this time.

Customer waives any and all liability against CITIGRAVEL for damages incurred to driveways,curbs and general property at the address of the dump location. 

Deliveries are not guaranteed on a same day basis and times specified will be within a range of 2-3 hours. CITIGRAVEL reserves the right to execute deliveries at their sole discretion. Notwithstanding deliveries are usually prompt and flexible.

Delivery drivers have a right to refuse to dump if they deem a dump location as unsafe or at high risk of resulting in damage.
